To commence business in the UK, begin by selecting a business structure, such as a sole trader or limited company. Register your business with HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) for tax purposes. Choose a unique business name, ensuring it complies with regulations. Open a business bank account and meet legal requirements for licenses and permits. Develop a business plan, implement accounting systems, and consider hiring. Stay compliant with tax obligations and regulations as you initiate and grow your business operations in the UK.
